Gallery News

I just wanted to share some great news with you about a couple of new galleries. First, there is a new gallery opening in the O'Bryonville area of Cincinnati called Greenwich House Gallery. I'm very proud to be represented by this wonderful and spacious new gallery, so I'll let you know when the official opening happens. It should be sometime in the next month or so.

If you happen to be in Union Square in Manhattan, there's an exciting new gallery there, too. The Sankofa Gallery is a beautiful space right on the square, featuring exquisite work by painters Sam Adoquei, Jeanette Christjansen, Usha Sharma, Musette Morgan, Cidny Klein, and Nao Otaka. As you may recall, Sam recently published a truly thoughtful and inspiring book for artists--How Successful Artists Study--so now you can see even more of his work and that of several other talented artists. 1. I went by this gallery a few months ago--really neat space with a view of Union Square. If you get a chance to go by when Sam is there, you really should. He is an incredible artist with an amazing story. (I checked out his book as well, really neat and well thought out).

I've seen so much Elizabeth Peyton'esque art these days, which is great in its own right; however, it is nice to browse/buy beautiful art with real colors, especially when it is produced extremely well.

  2. Lovely Lady, I LUV your chose of palette, looks like U chose 5 or so basic colors & R vworking with a knife some, realy fine work with just enough definition to be distinguished. Superb out doors images. Makes one want to travel down those banks, fields & woodlands.
Thank you so much for sharing.
By the way, are you from the Texas King family and a previous Photoghrapher?
